I'm on a good bit of Benadryl now, so hopefully some of this still ends up being a little entertaining.
PGB v. Superbad - I didn't realize Superbad's team name was supposed to be taken so literally. They didn't come out strong last week and were generally unimpressive. That's what she said. The Bullies win and look to lock up second place against Dollar Wells next week.
Off Constantly v. Mooseknuckles - The OC is on a hot streak right now after tying for the greatest upset in DPT picks history. We're playing solid D and getting timely offense. The only thing we need to work on is the winning chant. We'll get some more practice on that this week. BTW, wine in a can and kickball don't mix. Don't bother trying.
(Beer) Nuts v. Ball(ic)s - Nuts came up with a big win last week in a pretty big upset of their own, Balls crushed the Flonettes last week, and now that I've called the game Nuts v. Balls, Chouder is petitioning Ty to switch ref assignments. While they'll be disappointed by the lack of guy-on-guy action, they will see the Ballics come up with a win.
I'd Kick That v. WAKAshame - While WAKAshame's inconsistency this season made it tempting to pick against them, Pants on the Ground's consistent blowing of goats and my patented DPT picking system won't allow it. Bumpits win.
Toejammers v. Team Fab - These two teams are next to each other in the standings, and while Team Fab would like to win to keep the yellow and pink together for another two weeks because it matches their Easter dress, it won't happen. Jammers win.
BND v. Dolla Wells - BND's not in need of a slumpbuster, but they're getting one this week, anyway. Expect them to pound many extra beers and be extra mean to her, while Dollar Wells will just be happy to have some company for an hour on a Thursday night. BND wins.
Pick Me Up v. Shockers - Who took the shocker's collective pinky? The only shocking things they've done lately has been consistently losing, and even that's starting to not surprise me any more. I'm going with PMU.
Ligers v. Yeagabombs - Both teams have been playing solid kickball this season. This is where the cohesiveness of the Chouder comes into play. Ligers for the win.
PGB- This game could either be really close or a total blowout, just depends on what the randomness has in store for SuperBad. After last weeks SB let down and PGB stingy defense, I am going to have to go with PGB again this week.
OC- Don't look now but it seems OC has themselves a little winning streak going on. After winning two wins in a row I look for Jack & Off Constantly to rub another win out all over CT20.
Ballics- The team in red seems to be returning to tournament form and might just be the team to be in the fun conference. TBN have proved to be a worthy contender this year but I dont see it happening this week. Ballics wins an odd and confusing game of Survivor kickball
WS- WS seems to win about every other week so according to my calculations they are up for another W this week. That and they are playing the worst team in the league. Can Pants on the Ground actually finish with a worse record then Your Mom did last year?
TJ's- Despite losing last week in a close game with PGB, the TJ's looked tough and did so without a few of its better players. TJ's keep their asses and defense tight in this one and walk away with an easy victory.
BnD- BnD appears to be the best team in the league this year and the self proclaimed best looking. Is there anything this team can't do? Dollar Wells screwed up my picks last week and for that I hope BnD bites their heads off like a bunch of baby kittens.
Shockers- Despite losing 3 in a row the Shockers are only 3 or so plays away from being undefeated right now. Despite being undefeated, PMU is only 2-3 plays away from having 2-3 losses this year. Shockers pull out a cheap win and "munt" their way to victory.
Yeaga- Look for this to be one of the best games of the nights. The Ligers have one of the leagues most stingy defenses but have had serious problems scoring since the disappearance of Liger Visor 1.0. The bombs have historically been one of the leagues better teams and are moving in the right direction. Bombs win an intense game 2-0.
My apologies for failing to provide picks last week. I know some of you way heavily on my predictions, knowledge and gut feelings towards Bayshore Division kickball, but most of you probably see my face next to a comment and say, "shit not this guy again," just prior to scrolling more than half way down the page.
Regardless, I give you predictions that I guarantee to be very close but not quite good enough to win free drinks. My apologies in advance.
Bullies -- Well they're the top scoring offense in the league and that probably isn't by accident. Add the fact that they're tied for the top scoring defense in the league and that they're not even in first place in the Asshole Conference brings me to one conclusion.. the Asshole Conf is pretty damn hard.
That's what she just randomly said.
Toolshed Masturbation -- the Two worst scoring offenses in the Asshole Conf square off in what should be a bastardly boring battle of beaten boners. I'd like to give the edge to the Moosknuckles, but I think Ty's Toolshed, Grifter's Mouth, Jack's Literature-esque picks will be too much for CT2.0 to handle. Marcos drives the shiny PAL ATV off into the sunset smiling ear to ear.
Alcoballics -- In a Survivor inspired kickball game of epic battle, mind games, courage, starvation, big titties, politics and brewskis, this one should be pretty entertaining. I'm actually planning on watching this one unfold. Partly because I'm curious exactly how the voting off process will work (Florida = re-counts), but mostly for the big titties (titties = big smiley face).
Daywalking Bumpits -- having the worst scoring D in the entire league, the Flonettes would have a better chance of winning if Flo just ran at the bumpit girls literally with his pants on the ground causing them to run to the parking lot, get in their cars, drive off and seek therapy. Thus, winning by forfeit. Look for the fat chick at the party to cockblock all night.
Jammers -- fresh off their 2nd flip cup title, the Jammers will introduce Team Fab to the wonders of hot, wet Slip n Slide water ballooning action. The Jammers have never lost a slip n slide game. They like it wet and know how to slide it in home. The fact that their opponent will be pink is just merely coincidence.
BND -- David vs Goliath in terms of Asshole Conf kickball. Brad Pitt vs Lyle Lovett in terms of looks. Of course, BND might think that's every week.
Shockers -- the Shockers have been doing their Dollar Wells impersonation this season, a la not winning when I pick them, hating freedom and not wanting me to win free drinks. So here's where I can't win. Guess I'll pick them since Rob's excuses for losses are more entertaining than getting the shocker on a thursday night. Not that I speak from experience.
YBombs -- if you're wondering how good the competition is in the Boobies Conference, the Ligers are currently in 2nd place. Feel free to make your own assessment. I'll take the orange thongs over Bull's skidmarks and Chandler's blood-stained boxers.
This Week Grifter's pick are brought to you by the Miam Dade Bomb Squad: "If you see us running, catch up!"
PGB - I thnik Frank went with the Random theme this year because he knew the cupboard was empty. Superbad is still a front runner for the CP though.
Off Constantly - Two straight victories by the team have them riding a wave of momentum. The MooseKnuckles don't have the forearm strength to beat Off Constantly.
TBN - TBN scares the shit out of me... I never pick their game right, but there is no promise of Thee Dollhouse if they win. No boners in their pants, allows them the ability to run.
WakaShame - The only think shameful in this game is IKT.
Jammers - Fab has won a lot of games on mistakes by other teams (Us, $ wells, MooseKnuckles ) Jammers don't make mistakes.
BND - Possibly pulling the black shirts out of the dungeon that Cox Soccer put them in?
Pick Me Up - Marla does not like the Shockers... she will do whatever it takes to prevent their success tonight.
Yeaga - Almost went with the Ligers, but then rememembered that Chouder does not have the Liger Visor, and after letting him know that I have valuable information regarding its whereabouts has made no attempt to get it out of me... That lack of effort tracends onto the field... ligers fall.
In the spirit of last week's bracket-busters, I'm gonna take a couple upsets this week...
Supa - PGB are the favorites...but i have a feeling SB will be playing inspired kickball this week. plus we can move up to 2nd place if they win.
OC - Off Constantly = favoites? WOW...ok I'll bite. sure hope their flip cup team organization doesn't spill over to the kickball field...
'Ballics - if tribe 'Kika-lika-hiney-ho' or whatever they are calling themselves can figure out this complex game of strategy, wit, (and hopefully not drunkenless against 'Crusha-brewa-buta-losa' ) they won't have to vote 'Dropa-balla-lika-rhyma' off the island.
WAKA - the curse of the white shirts continues.. Daywalker and the Bumpit Band tune up IKT tonight.
Flip Cup Champs - more childhood pics of Ruben surface as the Slip 'n Slide game moves to Team Fab this yr. Pink is gonna get wet, and that's how Yella likes it. *SPEEDO ALERT*
BnD - "The only place where success comes before work is in the dictionary." - Vidal Sassoon. These guys work hard at looking so good.
Shockingly Awful - c'mon grimace, put a feather in your cap by knocking off the top team in the Boobies conf. Then get your "Anti-RRR" team signed up for Kickball Society and get back to your winning ways. do it..DO IT..
Ligers - with a win tonight and a shocker upset, a conference title could actually be on the line during the Beer Olympics next week (if that's when our make-up week is?)...DON'T SCREW THIS UP (your welcome for the jinx).
Chandler, although your title claims your pics are good, you made me buy drinks for the first time EVER last week! And the "expert picks scoresheet" standings dropped me out of the top 5. So NO I will not take your pics this week.. put me down for the same picks as Duc...:P
Speaking of Standings... how is it that Griff and I are not tied for first? We have picked the most games correct... but since we have picked more than one week of games our % isn't the highest..... we should re-work that or I will start only predicting one game a week...

Chandler, although your title claims your pics are good, you made me buy drinks for the first time EVER last week! And the "expert picks scoresheet" standings dropped me out of the top 5. So NO I will not take your pics this week.. put me down for the same picks as Duc...:P
You are aware that Duc and I have the same picks... right?
Or maybe that was your witty sense of humor.
Speaking of Standings... how is it that Griff and I are not tied for first? We have picked the most games correct... but since we have picked more than one week of games our % isn't the highest..... we should re-work that or I will start only predicting one game a week...
it'll be evened out at the end of the season. I'll change the standings based on games picked. right now I'm just sorting it by %.
