Week 2 Power Rankings

Johnny has made some clarifications for everyone:

1) You get one base BEYOND the base you were running towards on an over-throw (same as in our previous league).
2) You can tag-up as soon as the ball is TOUCHED on a pop-fly (same as in our previous league).

Ballics get "tested" this week vs SuperBad as its 1 vs 3 in the power rankings. Hmm maybe Frank let the ballics choose his "random" order?
