TMZ tells me that the MLoop kid got a 21 day suspension... while the DPT kid got a 4 day suspension.Should have been zero days.
21 days! Overkill much?Too bad the vid is down. It was pretty funny.
I guess they had to give the kid some kind of punishment for rising to it and fighting back, dumb as it may be. Also, who thought it was the kid from Bad Santa at first?
