Kick-It-To-Cancer!!!

As most of you know the Alcoballics plus a few others will be going to Vegas to participate in the WAKA Kickball Games this weekend. For the event, WAKA has chosen Kick-It For Cancer as the benefiting charity and is asking for support from anyone who would like to help in the fight against cancer. Kick-It For Cancer uses 100% of all proceeds for pediatric, adolescent and young adult cancer research through the Children’s Tumor Foundation and CureSearch, to fund research at the Children’s Oncology Group (COG). The COG is the world’s largest cooperative research organization with a network of more than 5,000 physicians, nurses and scientists. The Alcoballics would like to rise to the Kickball Games challenge of donating $300 to Kick-It For Cancer and would like the support of the whole Bayshore league. Whatever funds are raised will be given in the name of the entire league. There are two simple ways to donate.
• Alcoballics, Alison and I will be at this fields in our red shirts this Thursday as you drive in to park. We would like to ask that you donate $1 or more if you are able as you enter the parking lot. Every dollar counts and those who would like to be more generous are encouraged to do so. (There would be more of us, but most of our team will be heading to Vegas Thursday)
