Chalice of the Others

I realize that 98% of this blog will be about the Ligers beating SuperBad, so this is the perfect time for the inaugural rankings for the Chalice of the Others: Special shout out to Johnny who tried his best to help one of the chosen teams by randomly calling players safe and adding innings, but we overcame the man. Fun game with the Shockers who took it all in stride.

1) Jacked Up: Horrible, horrible singers, but had a strong showing at the bar and admitted their name blows almost as much as....

2) Honey Badgers Hit That: Also a good showing. Their first baseman is training to counsel alcoholics, so she gets to write-off her league dues. Sieler will be paying for her doctorate.

3) PBC: We actually argued a call or two, which is very rare....but we had an open tab to make up for it.

4) Guys & Balls: Appearantly gave it a better effort this week, but we haven't met any of them yet.

5) Growlers: They are who we thought they are.......

6) YLLINDADDAIYYL: If the TJ's were saying you were taking the game a little too seriously, you have to really evaluate your priorities in life.

Awesome rankings. But what are your thoughts about the Liger/Superbad game?

How about the Alcoballics? Any comments on them? Beer Nuts?

Who are these teams in your list? Never heard of them.

Stay out of our award Chandler. If you only knew what you did to Justin after we were robbed last year. Shame.

Hence the name "Chalice of the Others" All the other reining teams are not invited.

Yes yes, I understand. I just want to talk more about the Ligers and SuperBad.

Since I can't win this award by association, perhaps I can still contribute. What if we turned the bug spray container into the "Chalice of the Others" after the season ends and gave it away on the tourney day? I'm sure we could paint it and screw it to wooden base, add graphics, etc. I'm planning to keep replacing the container after each season anyway.

Yela....I've already grown bored with this, so it's all yours.
